For Your Patients
CF Living

Genentech is dedicated to helping support health care professionals and their patients who are living with cystic fibrosis. As such, we are pleased to let everyone know about CF Living—a new program launching in late February that is specifically designed to help educate patients and their families about cystic fibrosis, treatment options and ways to stay active in their care.
To become a participant in CF Living, patients and their caregivers will simply visit www.cfliving.com or the corresponding section on this website and complete a brief online form with questions pertaining to their condition and treatment regimen.
Once enrolled, participants receive a CF Care Team Discussion Guide based on the information they provide us. This Guide offers suggested questions for enrollees to ask their health care professionals and other members of their CF Care Team—so they can learn more about their disease, therapy and the importance of adhering to their treatment plan.
In addition to the CF Care Team Discussion Guide, enrollees will also receive a series of educational e-mails featuring detailed information about cystic fibrosis, along with supportive lifestyle information and links to useful resources.
CF Living is a valuable educational program for patients with cystic fibrosis. With this in mind, health care professionals may find it useful to share this information with other colleagues who also care for people with cystic fibrosis. Take a few minutes to visit www.cfliving.com or the corresponding section on this website to learn more about the program and how much patients can benefit from all that it has to offer.
